Was just wondering what the first paragon boss you come across in Nightfall in which you can capture an elite skill from. I think its Cautery Signet but was wondering if I had missed one you can cap before that.

If your a paragon you don't do the champions dawn mini mission... I thought that was for foreign players only.
I think it's cautery signet in consulate docks

David is correct. Unless you party with a foreign character for the elite, the first you can get is [cautery signet] in Consulate Docks mission.
